<em>"The N95 is a grab bag of the coolest stuff you can toss into a phone, but no real cohesion or innovation (besides being willing to put out a phone that costs as much as a laptop). Just a grab bag of features, not a unified device."</em>

Amen to that! It's a Jack of all Trades, but Jack can't do any of them particularly well. I'd rather have a phone that doesn't stretch itself to try to be all things to all people, but rather focus on doing a more limited number of things perfectly. But then we, geeks, are so greedy, we want devices that can do everything short of cooking us lobster thermidor for dinner. ;)

I really like how easily it can be plugged into a projector to give a demo - must admit I was impressed by that this morning. Hadn't tried it before!

Either way, it's a fun device to play with, but not one I like to rely on for everyday use. Battery dies far too quickly and unpredictably, and being a first gen N95, it'll often throw a tantrum saying too many applications are open, and randomly closing one or two.
