I realized what's happening (for me at least, not sure if others are seeing this). I thought at first that it was trying to use the desktop version and the tree control from there. But what it's doing is picking up the list of blogs as a navigation element and collapsing that (the important info) and leaving the rest intact.

Strange, I recently installed Opera Mini 3 also, but my bloglines mobile works perfectly - almost. Opera Mini 3 doesn't seem to have the collapsing elements quite right...

I haven't used Bloglines Mobile but I have used the mobile-version of Google Reader and like it a lot. It works really well in Opera Mini 3.0.
